In this episode, I'm walking you through how to start your Human Design experiment through the frame of Type. If you're just discovered Human Design and don't know where to start, this is a great place! Even if you've been doing this for a while, it's easy to "brush over" it and get excited to dive into the deeper details like gates and channels. However, getting back to the basics is always a good refresher.
